You will start your trip with a stop at Ferme Guyon, a large farmer’s market offering a wide range of horticultural products as well as many local Quebec products with a bakery, a cheese dairy, a butcher, dishes cooked on site and fruit and organic vegetables. In addition to its fresh farm products, Ferme Guyon has a butterfly house where you can admire more than 400 butterflies such as the monarch or the blue butterfly « Morpho ». As the region is rich in vineyards and cider houses, why not stop at Domaine Cartier-Potelle to taste delicious wines and ciders from the region? Take advantage of their magnificent terrace to relax while enjoying a breathtaking view.
D2 | Mont-Saint-Hilaire
Today, we offer you an immersion in Aboriginal culture with a guided tour of the exhibits at La Maison amérindienne. You will be greeted with a song of welcome, then you will participate in a purification ceremony. A guide will show you around the museum’s various exhibits in which you can listen to tales and legends, while observing various objects from the Native American past and present.
