D1 | Arrival in Chambly – Marieville (2 nights)
Arrival in Chambly and visit of Ferme Guyon, a large farmer’s market offering a wide range of horticultural products as well as many local Quebec products with a bakery, a cheese shop, a butcher’s shop, dishes cooked on site and organic fruits and vegetables. . In addition to its fresh farm products, Ferme Guyon has a butterfly house where you can admire more than 400 butterflies such as the monarch or the blue butterfly « Morpho ». Installation at the Manoir Ramezay, which offers comfortable and distinctive rooms and suites, a soothing and beneficial urban Spä and a restaurant offering delectable and unique cuisine. For more than 12 years, the current owners have worked to restore this historic site to make it a haven of privacy and healing.
D2 | Marieville – Mont-Saint-Hilaire
Discover the heart of the magnificent Montérégie region for two hours on a gravel bike with a guide in a small group. Departing from one of the most famous artisanal cider houses in Quebec, get started and go on a gravel bike adventure to discover this beautiful region. Between asphalt, gravel path and hiking trail, you will discover the very essence of riding this comfortable, versatile « off the beaten track » adventure bike. You will pass through the region’s unmissable apple orchards, walk along the slopes of the sublime Mont St-Hilaire to return through the fields and end your experience with a refreshing tasting of artisanal ciders.
