D1 | Arrival in Saint-André-de-Kamouraska – Le Bic (2 nights)
Start your active stay in Bas-Saint-Laurent with a hike on the magnificent private grounds of the Kamouraska Batture Ecology Society (SEBKA), located on the Route verte and Route Bleue. You will discover a panorama uniting sea and mountain offering more than ten kilometers of paths and several belvederes offering magnificent landscapes. D2 | Le Bic
Located in the maritime estuary of the St. Lawrence, Bic National Park proudly displays its capes, bays, coves, islands and mountains, emblems of its fame. The ambience of the park is relaxing and peaceful. Sea birds, including the common eider, come to nest there, rare plants bloom on the rocky capes and, to your astonishment, seals bask in the sun near the shore. Rub shoulders with the sea, the forest and the meadow located along the shores of the maritime estuary of the St. Lawrence, and let yourself be overwhelmed by the unique experience of this coastal-marine park. It is possible to practice many activities at Le Bic such as hiking, wildlife viewing, sea kayaking and cycling. It is also possible to take a shuttle that will take you to the Pic-Champlain belvedere (346 m), certainly one of the most beautiful viewpoints in the Bas-Saint-Laurent ($).
D3 | Le Bic – Return
For your last day in the region, do not hesitate to make your way to Rimouski to discover its many attractions, such as the historic site of Pointe-au-Père and its Onondaga submarine. On the way back, stop at the Fromagerie des Basques located in Trois-Pistoles to taste its famous cheese curds!
